Please Note: Group trips are priced based on numbers. Therefore payments are neither refundable, nor transferable unless the entire trip is cancelled by the school. By moving forward with the registration process, you understand and are agreeing to the terms above regarding monies. You may make any/all payments early if you wish. Payments can ONLY be made by check or credit card. There are NO additional fees for use of credit and/or debit cards.

Price is based on a minimum of 45 paying travelers per bus. Price is subject to change and is based on availability at time of booking. Bus company may impose a fuel surcharge depending on the price of gas. Once a rooming list is received every traveler will be billed based on his/her room occupancy.

If purchasing insurance, remember to add the cost per person to the total deposit. Insurance pricing for this trip is below.

Quad Occupancy - $52 per person
Triple Occupancy - $74 per person
Double Occupancy - $74 per person
Single Occupancy - $74 per person

Any parent that registers/pays for the trip will be put on a waitlist until approved by the school; only then will they be added to the travel list. If they are not approved to ride the bus with the group, their money will be refunded.
