f $25.00PP may be accessed if payments are not received within 7 days of the due date after the intial deposit is paid.
If you choose to purchase insurance, it should be paid to the insurance company on the same day the deposit is submitted to Travel Leaders for your trip in order to cover any pre-exiting conditions. However, each insurance company has different rules/requirements. Be sure to READ your policy carefully. It is the traveler’s responsibility to purchase insurance in a timely manner.
